If written notice is received at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the class, the Customer is entitled to a refund of its payment. Seven (7) business days in advance of the class, the Customer is entitled to a full class credit that must be used for another class offered by ATA within one (1) year of the date of the original class. If (14) days written notice is not received a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will go towards the credit. Customer is not entitled to a refund or class credit if less than seven (7) business days advance written notice is given. Failure to provide written notice at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the class obligates the Customer to make payment for the full price of the class. Enrollment cancelled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the scheduled delivery of any class is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the registration fee.


This course provides the technician with the fundamental knowledge of electrical theory, including Ohm’sLaw, Kirchoff’s Law, series, parallel, and series-parallel electrical circuits. This course will cover electronic components and sensors used in today’s ESC (Electronic Stability Control) braking systems. The course is composed of two sessions. Session I covers basic electrical theory and “understanding electrical circuits”. Session II covers electronic components, brake system sensors, and nib deciphering wiring diagrams.
